In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook chicken 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown.

In a baking dish, pour half of the sauce and spread over the bottom of the dish. Place chicken into the sauce and cover with the remaining sauce.

Step 4

Layer cheese, parsley and pepperoni on top and bake until chicken is fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
