Mini Bread Bowl Soup Shooters

Irresistible mini bread bowls make soup fun! This quick and easy recipe takes just 3 minutes to bake.

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Use a large round cookie cutter, clean can, or cut by hand large rounds inside of each slice of bread (cutting off crust).

Step 3

Use a rolling pin to flatten bread rounds.

Step 4

Spray muffin or cupcake tins with butter cooking spray.

Step 5

Press bread into muffin or cupcake tins.

Step 6

Bake in oven for 3 minutes. The bread should be toasted.

Step 7

Fill with your favorite hot soup and enjoy! You can garnish with fresh herbs and cheese.
