  • I am having problems signing in.
    • If you are currently experiencing problems signing in, use the same email address and password you use to sign into your account at htts://www.acmestores.com. If you have forgotten your password, you can perform a password reset. If you do a password reset, you can contact us directly at https://www.acmestores.com/talk-to-us and we will connect you with one of our customer service representatives.
  • I forget my order number.
    • After signing into the app, if you forget your order number, you can find it by logging into your account at https://www.acmestores.com. You will find a complete history of your orders under your personal profile.
  • How do I shop my order?
    • After entering your order number, tap the Pick List button. All unshopped items will appear.
  • How do I scan an item?
    • When looking at your list of unshopped items, either select the barcode icon in the upper right of the screen or tap on an image of a product. You will then be taken to the barcode scanner. If you are shopping a produce item, you can enter the 4 or 5 digit barcode directly in the text box at the top. Otherwise point your camera at the UPC code on the product. You may have to move the product in or out a little or try turning the barcode right or left. Also be sure to scan in an area with adequate lighting. If the barcode is missing or otherwise won’t scan, you can always pick the item manually using the green Pick Item button on the unshopped items list.
  • How do I enter quantities for scalable items?
    • If you are picking an item that is sold by weight (produce, meats, etc.) enter the weight printed on the package.
  • How do I unpick an item?
    • Use the back buttons to go back to the Process Order screen. From there you can tap the Completed Items button. Find the items you wish to unpick and use the green Unpick Item button to complete the task.
  • How do I complete my order?
    • When you are done shopping your order, proceed to the nearest POS station and tap the Scan Barcodes button. From there you can scan the barcodes with the POS scanner and get your order totaled. Swipe left or right to navigate through the barcodes.
    • When you have scanned all your barcodes, you tap the Check Out button on the Process Order screen. A total will be displayed (corresponding with the total on the POS station). You can then pay for your order with cash, gift card, or credit card at the POS station.
  • My question is not on this list.
