Tangy Mustard Potato SaladNo summer BBQ is complete without our Tangy Honey Mustard Potato Salad! You'll love this tasty twist on an all-time classic.
- 5 Idaho Russet Potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 3 Eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3/4 cup Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Dice potatoes and eggs. Chill and set aside.
- Mix all above ingredients in large bowl. Add chilled potatoes and eggs. Mix together and enjoy!
