Giant Ice Cream Sandwich
A summer treat that's perfect to chill out with the whole family. This giant version of the classic ice cream sandwich is easy to make with our easy-to-follow recipe. Surprise your family tonight!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 cartons Turkey Hill Ice Cream
- Parchment Paper
Instructions:
- Prepare one box of chocolate cake batter.
- Divide the batter evenly between 2 parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Cut each sheet into a 7" x 12" rectangle. Use a straw to punch holes in one of the cakes (this will be the topper).
- Top the other rectangle with 2 containers of Turkey Hill ice cream.
- Place plastic wrap over ice cream and press to mold.
- Top with remaining cake. Enjoy!
