Seacuterie Board with Dipping Sauces

Make a splash at your next gathering with a “Seacuterie” board with delicious dipping sauces. This recipe includes instructions on 4 dipping sauces including Dijon Dipping, Herb Dipping, Savory Dipping, and Garlic Butter Dipping Sauces. Sauces can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

Directions

Step 1

DIJON DIPPING SAUCE: Mix together 1 cup Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Paprika, and Salt to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2

HERB DIPPING SAUCE: In a blender or food processor, combine 3/4 cup Chopped Parsley, 1/4 Diced Shallot, 1 Sliced Green Onion, 1 Minced Garlic Clove, 1/2 tsp Anchovy Paste, 2 Tbsp Capers, 6 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1/4 tsp Salt, and Black Pepper to taste. Blend until smooth. Transfer finished sauce into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate mixture for a minimum of 15 minutes before serving.

Step 3

SAVORY DIPPING SAUCE: Mix together 1 cup Mayonnaise, 3 Tbsp Steak Sauce, 1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, and Salt & Pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4

GARLIC BUTTER DIPPING SAUCE: Melt 2 sticks of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until fully melted. Add in 2 cloves Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley, 1Tbsp Chopped Dill, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper and 1/4 tsp Salt. Cook until the garlic is translucent, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into a small bowl for dipping.
