Mouth-filling and palate-gripping with a pleasingly dry finish. Packed with Fair Trade cocoa and not much else. Grass-grazed Ohio milk. Making real chocolate ice cream isn't easy. It took me five years to perfect this flavor, packed with so much real chocolate (the most possible, in fact, to legally call it ice cream) that it is overflowing with rich, bittersweet chocolate flavor - wonderfully dense but still creamy.
