Zucchini Pizza Boats

Ingredients:

• 1 Zucchini
• MID'S Pizza Sauce
• Mozzarella
  
• Fresh Oregano
• Olive Oil

Instructions:

1. Cut the zucchini in half longways and scoop out the seeds in the center.
2. Coat the center of zucchini halves with olive oil and lay on pan with the inside facing up.
3. Fill with MID'S Pizza Sauce (and any other toppings you desire) and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
5. Top with oregano when finished and enjoy!

Recipe Tips:

If you like zucchini a little more tender, microwave for three minutes before baking.
