Turkey Sloppy Joes
The messy classic Sloppy Joes gets a healthy makeover when we replace ground beef with lean ground turkey in our Turkey Sloppy Joes. Add a hearty and flavorful homemade sauce and your family will ask for it again and again. Bring on the napkins for this sloppy joe!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 pounds BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey
- 1 medium Sweet Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 8 Hamburger Buns
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and vinegar in medium bowl.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin and black pepper; cook and stir 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to break up meat.
- Add ketchup mixture; mix well. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve on buns.
