Pizza Roll-Ups
Roll up classic pizza ingredients in this easy Pizza Roll-Ups recipe for a quick dinner, movie night snack, or pack in your kids lunch box for school! Each bite has gooey melted cheese and real pizza flavor in a flaky and delicious crescent roll exterior. You'll want to make a double or triple batch!
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can Crescent Dough Sheet
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup Salami or Pepperoni, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Unroll the dough sheet. Spread 1/4 cup Dei Fratelli Pizza Sauce evenly onto the dough, leaving 3/4 inch border along one side.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with salami or pepperoni, coating evenly.
- Tightly roll up the pastry to enclose the filling, leaving the plain edge for last. Brush the edge lightly with water and fold to seal.
- Using a serrated bread knife, cut the roll into 1/2 inch rounds, about 6, and place sideways on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
