Edible Cookie Dough dipped in chocolate and decorated with sprinkles is a tasty and fun Valentine’s Day treat you can make with your kids.

Directions

Step 1

Scoop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2

Melt dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil in the microwave for 90 seconds, pausing to stir every 30 seconds. Repeat with white chocolate.

Step 3

Using two forks, dip chilled cookie dough balls into melted chocolate. Roll in crushed cookies, or decorate with sprinkles, or melted chocolate. Transfer finished cookie dough truffles to a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill until set.
