Starting March 29, 2008 and ending May 7, 2008, you will have the opportunity to participate in the $25,000 Acme Fresh Market Food Club Treasure Hunt.

Load your pantry with Food Club products and you could receive up to $5,000 in free groceries. If you are selected, the Acme Prize Patrol will visit your home and we'll pay you $50 on the spot, up to $5,000 per household, for each Food Club product in your pantry at the time of our visit. Food Club Doubler Items will be paid $100 per qualifying item. Treasure Hunt Awards will be in the form of Acme Fresh Market Gift Cards. Up to $25,000 will be awarded to five households selected in accordance with the Treasure Hunt rules set forth below.

Participants will be randomly selected from the official registration form ON LINE at WWW.ACMESTORES.COM. No Purchase is necessary to enter the Food Club Treasure Hunt. Registration starts Saturday March 29, 2008 and ends Wednesday May 7, 2008, at the close of business. The Official registration form must be filled out on-line or mailed to Acme Fresh Market Corporate Office (P.O. Box 1910 Akron, Ohio 44309). Entries must be postmarked on or before May 7, 2008 in order to be eligible for the Food Club Treasure Hunt. There is a limit of one registration on-line or one registration form by mail and only one award up to a maximum of $5,000 will be made per household. A bonus entry will be provided when you purchase 10 Food Club brand items in one shopping trip. The register system will dispense a bonus entry blank that must be filled out and dropped off in the store's Food Club bonus entry box. A bonus entry provides an additional chance to win a home visit. Bonus entry blanks must be dropped off by the close of business May 7, 2008 to be eligible for the bonus drawing.

Home visits will begin on May 10, and Finish on May 17, 2008 between the hours of 9 AM and noon. Someone 18 years or older must be home when the Acme Prize Patrol arrives. If no one is home your Treasure Hunt is forfeited and no prize will be awarded. The Acme Prize Patrol will try to call your home before arriving to give the selected entrant an opportunity to organize their Food Club products for presentation. Only Food Club products found inside the home at time of arrival are eligible. Food Club Products sold in multiple units such as a 12 pack of soft drinks will be counted as one unit.

There is no transfer or substitution of awards. Acme Fresh Market is not responsible for making sure the Treasure Hunt participant is home prior to the home visit. Acme is not responsible for any late, lost, illegible, or misdirected entries. You must be at least 18 years or older to register. All Treasure Hunt decisions made by Acme Fresh Market are final. The Acme Treasure Hunt is limited to residents of Summit, Medina, Portage, Wayne and Stark Counties Only.

By registering to participate in the Food Club Treasure Hunt you agree to the rules and give permission for the Acme Fresh Market Prize Patrol to visit your home if selected. Award recipients agree that Acme can use their name, amount awarded, and photos in promotional activities related to the Treasure Hunt. Award recipients are responsible for any taxes that may be applicable.
