What is it?

The Acme Fresh Market Savings Card is a FREE program for our customers. Just stop by the customer service desk at your nearest Acme Fresh Market store and fill out a confidential application . . . you will receive your Acme Fresh Market Card immediately upon completion of your application. It's just that easy!

What Are The Benefits?

You will save money weekly on hundreds of specially priced items.

You will automatically be entered into contests and sweepstakes

  • You may receive special coupons or offers in the mail for store or vendor promotions
  • Customer rewards programs for being loyal Acme customers
  • You may receive invitations to Chef Marc Food and / or Wine Demonstrations
  • You can use your card at other local businesses to receive special discounts or offers (see our listings of card participants under "Card Benefits")
  • You may have check cashing privileges (see your local store for details)

Do I Have To Give Out My Personal Information In Order To Receive This Card?

  • To receive a card that entitles you to discounts and special offers only - we will need at least your name, address, and telephone number. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than to include you in special Acme Fresh Market Savings Card offers or promotions.

How Do I Receive The Discounts?

  • Just purchase any Acme Card sale item (see your Acme ad for items)
  • Slide your card at the end of your order
  • Look at the bottom of your receipt to see your savings

Why Do I Scan My Card At The End of My Order?

  • For faster checkout . . . always scan your card at the end of each order to ensure you receive the proper discounts.

Can I Still Use Manufacturer's Coupons On The Sale Items?

  • Manufacturer's coupons and other discount offers are still good on Acme Card items, so you can save TWICE!

What Do I Do If My Acme Savings Card Is Lost or Stolen?

  • Lost or stolen cards should be reported as soon as possible to the customer service desk personnel and a confidential application form completed. You will be given a temporary card to use while you wait for your replacement key tags to be mailed to you in 2-3 weeks. As a precaution, you will be asked to show your driver's license as identification until you receive your replacement permanent key tags.

What Do I Do If My Name or Address Has Changed?

  • You should update your file with any such changes by completing a confidential application at the customer service desk. You don't want to miss out on a special offer or prize notification because we can't get in contact with you.

What Do I Do If I Forget My Card?

  • Before you shop, go to the customer service desk and ask for a One Day Pass. You will be given a One Day Pass with your card number on it and it will be collected by the cashier upon checking out at the register.

Can I Use My Card When Using My ATM Debit Card, Credit Card, Food Stamps, or WIC?

  • Yes, Your Acme Savings Card should be used in conjunction with every order (including the pharmacy) regardless of payment type.

Are You Going To Track My Purchases?

  • Possibly, this will help us to improve our card program and pass on additional savings and offers to our best customers. However, if you prefer not to have this done, check the "opt-out mail" box on your confidential card application indicating that you do not want to receive special savings, offers, or prize notification by mail.

Do I Need To Use My Card Even If I Am Not Purchasing An Item That Is On Sale?

  • Yes, if you would like to be automatically entered into sweepstakes and contests . . . And remember the more you use your card - the more you save!
